Installation of Hotrod connecting rod kit: 2 stroke $50 - 4 stroke $65 Crank is rebuilt using an RCE crankshaft jig & trued within .002" New Hot Rod and Wiseco crankshafts can also be installed for the cost of the part. 2 Stroke Cylinder Porting 65, 85, and 125 $225 includes head mods DTX ST or 1/2 Mile, MX 250 and 500 $275 includes head and Power Valves mods DTX ST or 1/2 Mile, MX Stage 2 Engine Rebuild Same rebuild items as in Basic Rebuild but includes Case Matching and Case Porting (2 strokes only) 65-100cc Labor $400 125-500cc Labor $450 Basic Engine Rebuilding Includes. 1) External cleaning 2) Total disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all engine and drive train parts. 3) Critical parts are measured for wear and deflection. 4) The clutch basket and hub are polished for better clutch action. If you need a new basket, we can replace with a new Wiseco basket. 5) The main bearings and all the seals are replaced. 6) Your engine is assembled with the aid of factory special tools to hold the crankshaft in alignment. The transmission is bench-tested for proper operation. 7) The top end is serviced with diamond honing of the cylinder bore and the power-valves are cleaned and inspected for wear and proper adjustment. We also inspect the governor control, linkage, and reed valve. 8) Your engine is wrapped and packed in our engine box and shipped by UPS insured and tracked for safe delivery.
